Application (may also be seen as “we”, “us” or “Security Adblock VPN”) cares about your personal privacy and the safety of your files and information. Your security is our priority number one. Security Adblock VPN fully complies with all the Data Protection and consumer legislation settings. The following section of “Privacy Policy” describes the practices of securing your Personal Information. It also has the list of the rights that you, as a user, have, regarding the collection of usage.

User’s Information and Usage Instructions
The term “Privacy Policy” is regarded as the list of private or/and personal information that belongs to a particular user, may the user be identified as known, or incognito. All the private information that belongs to you is being collected from a variety of leaks and sources that can be seen here.
Security Adblock VPN accesses only the information that is provided by an individual user when downloading or registering. Please note that signing up and registering is fully optional and not necessary. Automatic Information Collection
Moreover, it is in the right that the Application completes the Automatic collection of the information that includes, but not limits to, the mobile device, its unique IP address, mobile Internet provider or network, language, operating system and all the miscellaneous information about the individual usage of the application. This whole list of information is used strictly for the troubleshooting purposes and in-depth analysis of the Application to get a clear view on the performance and service issues that need to be worked on.
Your IP address is being secured, and it is always encrypted during the usage of our services. It is being deleted the same moment you stop using the VPN services.
The GPS technologies may also be used when using the mobile version of the Application. It’s used strictly for commercial purposes, in order to get better advertising suggestions based on the location, the city or the country you’re currently in. However, the Premium Subscription immediately disables all the GPS services, as it disables the in-app advertisement.
Your location is never shared with other side-apps, advertisement partners or users. If you do not agree to use the GPS services, you have an option of turning it off in the account settings or by going to the location services in your mobile phone.
When the stage of IP address establishment comes, your IP address details are collected under an encryption method, this said, your IP address gets encrypted and it remains under heavy security until you stop using the VPN services. Any client’s IP address is being deleted right after the usage session is finished and the user is disconnected from the VPN services. The IP address is not being saved anywhere and it is not kept in any of our log in history. Your IP address is not a part of your online activities whatsoever.
Any usage of the application or individual website is never tracked and it is not attributed with any specific user. All the activities are being completed under the “incognito” status and are never tracked. No other user is able to attempt to track your personal usage of any website. Our servers only get access to your usage to make the analysis of the performance in order to improve the experience of usage and to improve the search time and make it faster. It may also access the data usage for the troubleshooting corrections and to eliminate any other bugs and troubles and to make the experience more convenient for the user.
The access to the service’s websites
Security Adblock VPN and its partners may use the automatic collection of certain information by cookies, beacons or by other applications that require email services in browsers. The security services are created to prevent the user from the potential dangers, such as frauds or websites that may contain viruses or other potential dangers that may cause the loss of information. The functions are created to make sure that any website works in the most efficient way. Please keep in mind that it is each client’s individual choice to agree to use cookies or other functions that may collect the information. Payments processing and refund policy
“In app purchases” ‒ products and services which can be offered by Security Adblock VPN through iTunes. If you choose to make an “in app purchase”, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with iTunes, will be charged for the in app purchase at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) you've selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize Security Adblock VPN, as applicable, to charge you. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in app purchase, your Account will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing.
Refunds
Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area, in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund without stating the reason during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.
Do I have the disagreement rights?
The process of collection of the information by the Application can be stopped by the simple app uninstall. There are different ways of uninstall: you can either do it in a traditional way by simply deleting the Application from your mobile device or by deleting it from the Store section, or by contacting us and asking to unsubscribe and permanently delete the account.

Policy of Data Retention, Information Managing
The User provided information is being retained by us as long as the Application is being used and for some time after the session is stopped. The Automatically Collected information is being retained and stored for as long as 24 month for commercial reasons. Keep in mind that the User-Provided Data is required for the Application to work properly.

Security issues
Keeping your information confidential and secure is our main concern. The Application provides all types of security of the information – safeguards for electronic protection and physical storage. The access to your personal information is kept limited to our authorized employees and other contractors, who need access to it in order to create the analysis and improve the Application – this means they only have access to the limited amount of information.
The signal is protected by Security Adblock VPN whenever the users use public hotspots, like the airports, cafes, hotels etc. The signal is protected by Security Adblock VPN at any time the user logs into the VPN and starts using the services. No other side app or program manager, including any internet provider is able to hack or track your website usage, the opened web pages and other actions and there is a hundred percent guarantee on that. Security Adblock VPN is not controlling the linked websites, and it has no responsibilities for the contents, advertisements, webcasting and leaks or other data on the third party websites. Security Adblock VPN does not provide security for certain third party web pages.
Protecting your personal information and ensuring you that all your data is under the best level of safety is our priority and main interest. However, certain circumstances may lead our system to the data breaches. All the users are informed of such failures within 72 hours after the identification of the failure.

By using Security Adblock VPN, you give an agreement on processing your information as stated in section four of Privacy Policy listed as “Data Processing”. By agreeing, you confirm that you are familiar with the usage of cookies on any device, including computers, mobile devices. You also confirm the familiarity with the abilities of the Application to store, collect, delete and use some of your personal information.
